Commercial and Promotional Exhibits
Commercial and promotional exhibits at the General Conference Session will be
located in Halls 1, 2, and 3. The exhibits provide an opportunity to see what
church organizations and individuals are doing in the context of the Church's
mission. One exhibit hall will feature information and promotional exhibits.
The second hall will display commercial exhibits having products for sale.
Exhibit Space is sold out. No more applications are being accepted.

Food Samples
All
food and beverage samples must be approved by Exhibit Management.
Booth Equipment
Each 10 ft x
10 ft booth will be set up with an 8 ft high back drape and
36 inch side
dividers. Each booth will be provided with the following:
1 - 7 inch x 44 inch identification sign (Black on White)
1 - 8 ft x 30 inch table topped in white vinyl and skirted on three
sides
2 - Chairs
1 - Wastebasket
300 lbs. Material handling for move-In and move-Out
The drape colors
are burgundy and gray with gray aisle carpet.
Floor Coverings
The
booth floor is bare concrete. Both aesthetics and comfort will be enhanced
by floor covering. You may order Carpet from the show decorator,
Geo. E. Fern Company. Order forms will be provided or go online to
