Meal ticket requests will be accepted if postmarked by June 6. Payment must accompany the order. A limited number of meal tickets will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis at America’s Center beginning June 30, 2005.
Vegetarian meals will be available for both lunch and dinner in the convention
center each day of the GC Session. Attend all the important business meetings,
devotionals, musical events, worship services—and socialize with your
friends from across the country and around the world—without leaving
the meeting site.
Adventist food service professionals: All entrées
will be prepared by a team of Seventh-day Adventist food service professionals
from across North America.
Sale of meal tickets on site: Sales of on-site meal tickets
will be extremely limited during the Session. Buy yours today so your family,
church acquaintances, and others you plan to dine with will have meal tickets.
Food service locations and times: Meals will be served daily
in Halls 4 and 5 of America’s Center. Lunch will be served from 12 p.m.
to 2 p.m. Dinner will be served from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Breakfast items and snacks
will be available for daily purchase in the Bistro in the Plaza Lobby from
7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Bistro will be closed on Sabbath. A snack bar will
be available in Hall 2 during exhibit hours. No food or beverages may be taken
into Halls 4 and 5.
Food options outside the convention center: The number of
restaurants and food outlets open in downtown St. Louis after 4 p.m. is limited,
and food choices for vegetarians are also limited in many restaurants.
Picnic baskets: To control spills and trash, America’s
Center does not allow coolers or picnic baskets into the facility. If you choose
to bring a picnic lunch or dinner, plan to enjoy your meal outside the complex.
